We provide a contract review service which includes:- A written review of the contract, which discusses each clause of the contract in plain English and highlights clauses and issues that you should be aware of. If there are any clauses or conditions of concern, we identify those and recommend alternative provisions to negotiate with the builder;
- A meeting with you in person (including video conference) to discuss the written review and to answer any questions you have; and
- For the period between the date you sign the contract and the date the builder reaches Practical Completion of the build, we assist you with any legal issues that arise during that period. This means that our legal service does not end when you receive our advice, but continues throughout the build.
